Need Help With Error Code E:302f-0 Profile no longer available?

I was playing 5 minutes before I saw this message, I just resarted my computer for another program. What does that mean? My whole save is gone??

Make sure you’re always logged into the xbox app and the game bar before you start playing the game. That invalid profile message seems to be a consequence of being logged out of the Windows gaming system because, for example, there might’ve been an update to the gaming services which lurk in the background.

I know the servers were having issues as well.
