Can a developer or support help me. As of 8/22/14 I downloaded six new cars the came up as purchased but we I go to buy cars I still had to spend credits or tokens. But on my fathers account he did the same but when he went to buy cars his came up as free so can someone please help me

I believe this is normal-- only the first person that accesses the vehicles will have access to the free copies of the vehicles in the Buy section. Both should have the DLC unlocked, though, and that does appear to be the case.
I have three XBL accounts on my Xbox One and all of them normally get the free cars when the main user account (that downloads the car packs) buys DLCs. Some times it has taken a day or so before they show up as free on all accounts, but they always eventually do. Try checking tomorrow, as I’m unclear regarding when the pack was ‘purchased’ (8/22/14 is in the future)…
Ahhh, this may actually have to do with the bug in this car pack. It was initially showing up as a purchase of 0.00 rather than the normal Free. This may impact the availability of the cars in-game-- I think the situation I was talking about (where only the first user gets them free in the Buy section) only applies to purchased car packs, so that might be the problem still (if he downloaded them before the bug fix was out).
Bug in this pack? I know the purchasing process was slightly different this time around, but all six cars were available for free in all three accounts on my Xbox within an hour of me downloading and ‘purchasing’ from the main account. I downloaded the pack as soon as it was available to me (about 10:15am Pacific time, or 7:15pm Central European time). So I think that for the players who couldn’t get the free cars for other accounts on the same Xbox, it’s just a delay.
Let’s hope so, even if most players by now should have more in-game credits than they know what to do with so it’s really a non-issue.
your complaining about getting free cars that you have to purchase with in game credits as your father already claimed them as free in game.
should be happy that this month cars were real money free.

Mine did same thing…but I found them! They were all downloaded and showed as purchased, but not in garage. When clicked on them they cost money like I never got them. Anyway, went to play some rival challenges and when I went to choose cars, they showed there as free. Went thru the challenges that had each class available and got all 5 activated now.
