It’s bug or something. The cars in the message box given to everyone were not given to me. All my friends got this cars. When I try to explain the problem it responds just like a bot. I want cars that I am entitled to. Where exactly is the problem?
What cars exactly did your friends get? When and where did they buy the game? (Microsoft store or Steam?)
We all bought from Steam. I dont care other gifts like Mosler etc but i cant buy PO cars as you know.
I think he must be referring to the Nissan and Mercedes PO cars which were gifted to everyone. If so, he is correct that he should have those. If not and he is after other PO cars, then Support’s response is valid.
Irgatofseas - if it is the Nissan/Merc you are looking for, where are you trying to find these cars?

You right i mean beginning gifts. They all have Nissan GT-R PO and Mercedes AMG PO. But this two cars are gift cars. It’s not fair. If there is a way to get this car trust me i wouldn’t care.
Are you past the game intro yet? I don’t think you get access to them immediately. I all of a sudden had tonnes of cars and gifts I remember.
Oh now im 200+ levels. I have been playing FH4 since March 9. I’m still waiting FH4 support’s help lol.
So you have checked “gifts”messages and there was nothing there? Or did you get some cars just not the two POs?
If I am not mistaken, there were one or two more cars along with the Noble 600. My friend opened the discord post and we compared the cars. I didn’t get this cars:

Transit with any skin but i dont remember full name.
And my main problem PO cars weren’t there. I dont care other cars but PO cars so important. Especially Nissan GTR my love.
Yeah, sounds like you need Support to help but good luck getting them to understand you. I doubt they have any idea which cars are gifted.

It is probably your settings. I know someone who was having the same problem and it turned out that they had some of their online sharing settings locked down. I don’t remember exactly what it was, but they googled it to find the answer. Changed their settings and got the cars. Good luck. Forza support is worthless.
