My game is not syncing with the cloud! Please Help

I hope some of the devs see this.

Since the last update, when I tried to play the game, it just try to sync with the cloud without any luck.

Even thou I’m not that high on my gameplay, I’m lvl 51 and have a lot of the expensive cars and almost 5 million in cash to buy more.

But what worries me more is the fact that I will lose all my gift cars from been VIP, I spend a lot of money (60 on Day One edition, Season Pass, VIP) on the game (we all are) and don’t want this stuff to happen.

Please help me!!

The same thing happened to me. I went through the FAQ’s and did their “restore to factory settings”… BIG MISTAKE! It did recover my game. All was lost. My Money, My Cars, My Gifts =( I tried to email T10, but I recieved an auto reply. I even tried to tweet them. Im so frusteated… Im level 3 now. lol

I uninstall the game and download it again, nothing. Factory reset it is too much since I have 5Mb download and I’m playing like 9 games, too much to download.

I tried everything, it seems the game save on the cloud get corrupted.

What happens when it tries to sync? Does it give an error message, does it keep spinning?

When I replaced my console it spun for hours but did eventually sync and now it is ok.

Post what happens when you try.

I’m still trying to sync it, I won’t start over unless they give me back all the money from rewards and the vip prizes

I have the same Problem :(. Lots of money,Cars und Skilllevel is gone.

Have you guys gotten you’re saves back yet?

Happened to me and I just had to delete my GT from my console and reload it. Didn’t lose any progression. Hope this helps.

I did that too, didn’t delete the add ons

While talking with MS Support the game magically sync, so I can continue playing.
