My 1st Xbox & I am new to Forza...HELP???

Hi guys/gals. First of all, I appreciate everyone’s consideration in advance. I have always been a Playstation guy but I made the switch to Xbox because Forza is amazing. So I bought a “Brand New” Forza 4 Horizon Xbox One S bundle on eBay from a seller by the name of antonline.com for $214.99.

Issue #1: As you can see, my username on this forum is FellowTable2735 and it is also displayed in the upper corner of the screen when I am in the Xbox menu as if that’s my profile name. I never set that up??? I’m wondering where the heck that came from. When I turned it on for the first time it guided me through the whole process of setting up the language of choice, time zone, microsoft account set up, etc. But when I went to create my avatar, I saw my name as “FellowTable2735”. And next to it is this little picture of what looks like a weird yellowish shape like a distorted octagon with eyes. I know. Weird. Is this Xbox really “brand new”?

Issue #2: This bundle also came with an Xbox game pass for a 1 month free trial. I entered the code and an error message said it can’t be redeemed because it was used up already.

Issue #3: I entered the code to download Forza Horizon 4. It downloaded successfully. However, I feel like I am playing a “trial” of the game because I start off driving in Autumn, then Winter, then Spring and Summer and then it’s over. That’s all I can do. I was expecting to be able to pick a car, a track, and much more. What am I missing here? Do I have to finish 1st in each season and progressively earn the cars and tracks? God, I’m so frustrated. I know that this was a lot to read but I really need help. Please.

When you get xbox first time and create account microsoft automaticly choose some random name but you can change that one time for free (xbox button → far left that you are where it show gamertag, press a → my profile → customize profile → there you see that “FellowTable2735” press a and you can type what gamertag you wanna use.

Just for sure did you type to code right? If so then tell seller abaout that, but you can anyway get first time free 14 days trial in game pass.

After you have complete those 4 seasons in first time, game says something like come get you wristband (or something like that) in that point map show only festival site and when you drive there and and try to enter in there you get in the main game (it show some intro video abaout horizon life, forzathon, team adventure etc) then you entered in horizon life and you should be in spring season in that point (because that is season what we have now going on) in what point you can do what you want but some of the tracks are locked behind progression, so you need to level up road racing, dirt racing, cross country, street scene and drag strip levels to unlock every race.
