Please, for sanitys sake, can we get a quick, simple Mute All option in multiplayer lobbies?

It’s incredibly fiddly and slow having to find the correct users in the player list. And if you do manage to mute the ones you need to, there’s still always one that pipes up after the race has started.

I just want to be able to mute all quickly and easily and be done with it.

I can’t be the only one that wants this. Unless I’m missing something and there is a Mute All. I’m sure there isn’t though.

Have you tried creating your own group chat? that will silence all game chat.

You can mute all. Go to Driver Options and select it. It is the best.

Wait, really? Driver Options? Where can I find this please? Is it in the lobby menu somewhere?

Nevermind, there is indeed a Mute All option in the driver options. I’ve found it. Cheers!

Exactly. Why the heck should i need to go down the entire list, every race, and mute them all??

Lol, this has existed for months. Select your name in the player list in lobby, option is there.

This is correct. I found it myself today. If you click on any player in the list you get the option to mute them. What is not exactly intuitive is that if you click on YOU there is an option to mute all players. Selecting that option also ‘sticks’ across multiple sessions, so it looks like you only have to do this once. What a relief.

Option has Been there since release too

I’m almost certain it’s been an option since the games release. Forza Horizon 3 on the other hand. You have to start a party chat unless they’ve implemented mute all recently.

The Mute All button is there…how do I know? Its the first thing I click when going into online play lol. I have to focus

I usually just go to a friends party or just have the mic out because the last lobby I was in with the mic, a guy told me that I was a retarded monkey and that I should go kill myself… Happens to me all the time when someone wrecks me. And blames me for the wreck… I expect this. Kind of behaviour from at least 50% of this community… Love this game when people behave but when they do not it makes me want to leave this game for good and never come back to this community because it’s being over ran by kids who just like to troll people and don’t like to treat there fellow racers with any respect when they hear that they did something wrong… I do not think I’m going past 7 because of this…

Edit: that was the nicest thing someone ever said to me in the lobbies when they wrecked me to blame me when I spoke up about it… Instead of them insulting me because of how I sound over the mic…
