Ever heard of DDOS attacks? Look them up im sure you will find that this is likely the reason. Also may be worth checking Xbox Support to see that they are aware and are currently working on it before asking on a forum which the developers rarely check.

Maybe there was a A Class lobby that was only Alfa Stadale’s and BAC Mono’s and the servers couldn’t handle it.
I’ve had problems for the past few hours trying to play. Only the campaign works. Rivals, leagues, And Multiplayer are not working
