added a bit to my star trek car. gonna make up some sponsor group vinyls and i think its close to finished. ideas anyone?.

I’d keep sponsors to a minimum. You could either go with some sort of “in-joke” for sponsors (My Dr.Who car has ‘Cybermen Performance Upgrades’ as a sponsor, for instance) or keep them very generic and light. I would definitely put the production company (not a Trekkie so can’t help with who aired it) on there somewhere.
I like it more as an “art car” though, rather than trying to imply that this is some kind of professional racing car. That mural on the side is really nice, and I’d rather see that expanded than have it cluttered with sponsors.
Just my 2 cents though!
I should keep it as clean as possible.Like the way it looks wright now.Great job!!
Maybe adding stras (sparkle effect) to the background would make it complete.Just an idea.

Car is looking good but I would get rid of the blue stripes from the top of the car and continue the space effect onto the hood and the top to tie the sides and the top together. If you want to do logos, I am sure there are a lot of Star Trek logos that would be relevant to your design. These are my opinions and you should do what you think would be right for your design.

Looking good MrGarlic. Just a tip about logos, Plan where you want to put them and what space you have before you paint a bunch of logos to find they don’t fit where you want them. I have painted logos for cars in the past and haven’t used half of them because they don’t fit. Layer management is key. don’t waste a ton of layers on logos that are going to be really small.
Sticking with the Trek theme, here is my new wip. ive never done portrait stuff so bare with me haha
