The message for the XB1 and the 360 are the same according to my friend whom has both copies of the game. Here is what I propose: Move the Skill Point Earned notification from the middle of the screen to the top or bottom so it doesn’t interfere with driving. It is very irritating to receive a notification in the middle of a race and have the track or other vehicles obscured especially in the Cockpit view. Either move it or have it wait until the race is over before the game tells you how many Skill Points you earned during the race.
