Basically as the header says. Ive done my 5 races, no car. Checked my achievement list and it says 100% but still has the lock sign over it and darkened. Can someone shed some light on this?
Are you playing it on PC? I had the exact same problem on PC where I completed one of those challenges and it was grayed out and I never received the reward for completing it. Only way that I could find to fix those was doing the exact same thing on the XOne version of the game, since that seems to be the only version of this game that works correctly without issues

Try a hard reboot.
