First remove the gamertag / not allowed on this forum when complaining about someone behavior.
Possibly he is using some bots, you could log a ticket to complain here : https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
Sadly there is no much you can do, that is the way AH is working since the release of the game, there is no way to sell a very rare car and not have that one sniped in the next milliseconds.

It’s an auction, anyone can buy your cars if they want to.

Agreed. However it’s not a fair auction when people on Xbox are refreshing and bidding only to get an error, then to see it’s been sold. While people on PC are running scripts that can seem to bid instantaneously.
