Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME 2001 [FH6]

@Ford_Mustang718 over here!

If it’s possible to create a completely different face like the Nissan Silvia’s body kit, it seems possible to implement a body kit that reproduces the Evo 4. The biggest obstacle is that the Evo 4 does not have a North American version. This is because T10 and PGG are apparently reluctant to include vehicles that do not have a North American version.

This is proof that T10 made a poor choice by selecting the Evo 6 with its low roll center as the only CP9A remaining in Forza. The link goes to a column by Mr. Nakaya, who was deeply involved in the development of the Lancer Evolutions, and he writes that the Evo 5 with its high roll center produced better results.

Therefore, the optimal solution for CP9A is the TME of CP9A final model, which has an Evo 5-specification roll center height, and it would be nice to have the Evo 5 and 6 front and rear bumpers available as options.

On the other hand, the narrow-body Evo 4 (CN9A) should be treated separately. However, since it would be difficult to include two Evos from this generation, it would be more realistic to add a body kit that reproduces the Evo 4 to the TME.

2000 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Tommi Makinen Edition

The model in the photo has the optional “Special Coloring Package” applied. This coloring also needs to be added to the body color.

Its greatest mechanical feature was that it was a special edition vehicle specialized for tarmac. Whereas the Evo VI suspension had a lower roll centre for the front suspension, the Tommi Mäkinen Edition’s roll centre and alignment had been optimised again. What’s more, tarmac-specification suspension that lowers the vehicle height by 10mm comes as standard on the GSR (optional on the RS).
On the other hand, the quick steering gear ratio that was standard on the RS has also been adopted for the GSR, and tuning has been applied for high initial responsiveness.

I have no idea why T10 dropped the last CP9A model (Evo 6 TME) after FM3 and kept the least popular CP9A model, the Evo6.

The Evo6 TME is included with a new molding for tarmac, and the Evo4 (CN9A) + wide body with an overall width of 1770mm is included for dirt. These are my ideals for this generation of Lancer Evolution, but it will take an endless amount of time for them to understand them.

(Wasn’t this one in FM1?)

The car list mentions a 2001 model year so its a version that will be fully accurate. The old one was a 2000 model year.

The Evo 6 TME has been on sale in Japan since January 2000, so I don’t know why it was changed in 2001. Still, I’m happy that it’s included.

My guess as to why 2000 was changed to 2001 is that a good LHD was discovered.

It was changed because its a inaccurate car model!

So yes the built from the ground up car is now actually built from the ground up!

2001 was probably when the model they were able to obtain was built

The S15 Silvia was originally on sale since 1999, but the two models we’ve had in the series are from 2000 and 2002 respectively.

In earlier games it was featured as a 2000 model but the model was inaccurate so them going for a 2001 model means its a new car model.

Please add the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 4 to the list! It’s such a beautiful car and a WRC title winner.
