After update 43, I have been unable to use Forzathon Shop, Horizon Backstage, EventLab, Super7 for the second day, as well as there are no monthly Rivals in the playlist (because of this, I won’t get 2 points and won’t be able to complete the playlist at 100%) and the map has lost its filtering function, I can only see new/seasonal events, all other icons are gone.
Xbox Series X
Restart xbox is the only thing I can say atm
Thank you, but I’ve already tried all the ways that are known to mankind, but nothing helps. I’ll try to run this on my laptop, maybe this problem only affects the console.
Although, it should work without such glitches on any platform. This is the first time I’ve encountered the problem of Rivals missing from a seasonal playlist

Hi. Submit a ticket to forza support.
Yep, already.
I launched the game on my laptop and everything is fine, there are no glitches or errors that I encountered on my Xbox Series X and which I mentioned above.
Next, I played a little bit on my laptop so that the game could create a new cloud save.
Then I launched the game on my Xbox Series X again, waited for the data to sync, and… unfortunately, all the glitches I mentioned on the console didn’t go away.
Then I decided to reset the console to factory settings with removing everything. It deleted all my information, including game saves, profiles, and any other software I have installed.
It’s good that I have only 3 games installed: Forza Horizon 5, Forza Motorsport and PowerWash Simulator. So it didn’t take me too long to install everything back and set up my profile and console. And now everything is fine, all the errors related to FH5 on my XSX are gone.
I also submitted a ticket to forza support. I’ll leave their answer below, maybe it will help someone.

- Go to Manage Game > Saved Data > your profile > Delete from console.
