Maserati MC12 FE issue

So I purchased the Maserati 300 S which if you wanna know, has a specific purchase in the skill shop involving the unlock of Maserati MC12 FE which is known as the fastest car around the Goliath.
When I went to the skillshop, the majority of the points were purchased. The car itself was too. I looked into my garage and it’s not there. I even tried to force-stop the game and delete data from the console and reload it through my Xbox live data, but still doesn’t appear.

Does anyone have a better option?

People get the perk then sell the car…the perks dont get reset
