Ok, time for my thoughts here.
Car 1: As I’ve been seeing everywhere, it could be the Acura Integra, or some type of police car; a Chevy Caprice, or a Crown Victoria. (This I’d say is the free car)
Car 2: Torture for both man and machine could mean an open cockpit, I’d say perhaps the BAC Mono.
Car 3: The only recent instance of rock hucking that I can remember, was Top Gear in Argentina. So either the 1973 Mustang GT, or a Porsche 928 (I’m leaning towards the Mustang)
Car 4: If you know your Hannah-Barbera cartoons, you know Officer Dibble is the main antagonist of Top Cat. The only Cat on the market right now making headlines, is the Dodge Brothers. So most likely the 2015 Challenger Hellcat. (since the 2015 Charger is coming in the Fast and Furious Expansion).
Car 5: Luxury didn’t stop Mercedes from the S65 in the first Horizon, or the Wraith in FM5. So either a new Mercedes S-Class, or the Wraith.

Car 1: imcdb.org makes car 1 very easy, to the point of it not even being a guess anymore. In addition to knowing old Hondas are popular for thieves. The series AV Acura Integra was in all of those shows and goes with the Honda theft theme too. I’m even going to say that the first gen Integra is the free car from this pack.
Car 2: BajaNomad - Baja Rambler Racing with Spencer Murray - Powered by XMB Describes baja as being torture for both man and machine and talks about James Garner running a Rambler American. I’ll couple that baja theme with all the off roading in the game and say car 2 is a 1969 SC/Rambler

Car 4: The Top Cat thing is covered. Hell cat? Cougar? They’ve both been guessed so I’ll go a different route and say Sunbeam Tiger with the small block Ford. The small V8 sports car should be too much for Officer Dibbles I would guess.
