No kidding. Fairly certain this one of the highest voted requests.
It’s 5th or 6th in Multiplayer, last I checked.
The top voted suggestion overall still has 10x as many votes though (Interlagos in Tracks)
As a manager of a racing community/club in this game, I couldn’t agree more.
Because there is no manual grid, qualifying isn’t an option for us and it’s absence is unacceptable. Imagine this; you’re working your butt off, practiced for the whole week, qualifed 1st… Disconnected. Congratulations! You’re last 
If this game wasn’t in fact built from the ground up, why is it such a dumpster fire? Why half of the features from 7 are missing, and the other half is totally broken? It is really tough to love this game…

The sum of all things, like manual grid ordering, and the latest message to the community in addition, is very disappointing. No doubt.

Idk why this disappeared but manual grid is something I wish would come back so that we could set up after doing qualifying on a private multiplayer server

This should be the top priority feature for developers.
This would allow gamers to organize good events without having to do an installation lap with a mandatory rolling start.
Please guys, this is a no brainer for us…
