There doesn’t seem to be any place to look at a record of one’s prior race results. Having been disconnected from game servers crashing (not on my end) quite often, it would be helpful to know if that just got wiped, or if I received partial credit for practice and qualifying, or what happened. There’s no way to find out currently, at least not that I am aware of.
