I wanted to create bright chrome wheels using the stock budd rims on the Tankpool truck. But I’ve maxed out the tint and the wheels are still very dark.
The truck I am satisfied with is the Ford F-450. That is bright chrome applied reasonably. Most rims the chrome is way too dark unless I’m missing some trick here.

In forza horizon 5 Chrome wheels in the paint section dont really shine like Chrome should in the sun. In the shade they are bright but soon as you turn into the sun they aren’t Chrome anymore they go all weird. Id love the Chrome to pop no matter where I am. In the sun , not in the sun… its Chrome 
Yes in FH5 the “chrome” looks almost black in direct sunlight.
