Low Fps

I have a i7 2600, gtx 1050 lp, 8gb of ram and am using a 1tb hard drive. I was just wondering why I was getting 15-20 fps on my game when im seeing people on youtube with about the same specs maybe even worse specs getting double maybe even tripple the fps I am getting.

Buuut…if you put full screen off…than you get 60 perfect.turn it back on it goes on 30 to 40

Same here.
Full screen off all good.on 30 to 40 fps.
