Hello does anyone have any idea how to recover a lost save game, tried syncing with the cloud but it won’t sync keeps saying try again later
If you can hang on for a few more hours i will let you know wether the fix i am trying now works as i had the same problem a few weeks back which i’ve only just managed to try & rectify now. Basically did a reset on the console to factory default settings, my Battlefield 4 game was successfully reinstalled along with my Premium Pack details, stats & dlc maps so thats all ok & nothing was lost, fingers crossed Forza does the same.
Yes I will wait if you have any luck that would be great I’ve tried everything Xbox One support suggested except what you have just done
SUCCESS!..The game now works again & i have all my stuff back including paints & layer groups i haven’t shared which was a massive relief.
It takes a while getting it all done as you will have to reinstall all games & any dlc packs you have. Also let it fully install before playing & when the it 1st starts again it takes ages to sync but just let it run & it will get there eventually ; )
