I placed a bid on a ford GT 2017 in the auction house and won. but when I went to claim the car my game crashed. now when I look in my bids, auction alerts, and my garage it’s not there. and my money wasn’t refunded. can I even do anything?
I think the seller received your money and the car wasn’t taken from his garage. Something similar happened with me, i sold a car in the auction house but the car was put back into my garage plus i recieved the money for selling it. Your best bet is probably to just try to contact the forza team and get your credits refunded for whatever you lost. I dont think much can be done about the car unless you contact the seller, but the only way to get it is bidding again in the auction house.
