How do i get my rank and cars back. Logged on and had to stsrt game over. 233 rank gone. All gift cars gone along with my regular cars. Wouldnt sync for days then when it did all my progress was gone.
I have the same problem. I can’t even find information on how to contact Turn 10 for support
I contacted Microsoft. They had me delete my profile and the game and reinstall everything. Did not work. The strange part is all my messages are intact. All my Rivals times are intact. All my purchases are intact. The forza Hub shows I have 112 cars and have driven for over 6000 miles online. But all my stuff is gone locally. Microsoft then asked me to contact Turn 10 and said they would help me resolve it. Problem is, other then these forums, there is no way to contact them. I will try later today to contact Microsoft again. Not good.
