I suspect any being auctioned will get instantly bought out by any one of a number of players running macros on a PC. It’s a fruitless task trying to coordinate selling/buying rare cars. (I lost an SVJ to an auto sniper when auctioning one for a friend who was on a party chat with me. I’ll never do it again.)
Unless you get extremely lucky I’d say you’d probably have to wait until it’s reintroduced to the shop/playlist.

I know its hard, but I’ll keep searching as its the only car I havent collected with the exception of newly added cars. Bloody snipes they ruin all our fun haha
