With the new addition of Long Beach we have introduced new Rivals and Challenges to the system. We are aware of the situation regarding the download of the update. Once you have the update you will be able to complete these challenge.

Long Beach Challenge Hopper is Now Active. Since this is a 2 hour race the lobby will start the countdown once 6 players have entered the Hopper.

Is anyone else sitting in a lobby for this hopper with no idea how long the session has remaining? Says 0.00s on mine but people are racing and I have no idea how long they’ve been at it, don’t fancy waiting around for 2 hours

I believe its 150 miles… however long that takes.

It’s 2.00hr endurance race. So I suggest you to try to find a lobby that isn’t already started.

So its the same issue like the Sebring special event. Thought they would have fixed it by now. Seems like it doesn’t create a new room as long as the existing lobby isn’t full (or nearly full).
So lets say there are 5 people racing in the existing lobby. Everyone who joins after the start has no clue when its going to be finished, so this will cause people to constantly jump in and out looking for another room that hasnt been started yet. This way the lobby will never get full, and no new room will be created.
T10 i really, really appreciate the free track packs and LongBeach just looks astonishing…but setting up another endurance challenge without fixing the" 0.00s remaining length" bug is beyond me! Same goes for the glitched leaderboards (bypass class restrictions by using a very simple glitch) , the issue exists since ages and it seems to be easy fixable but nothing happens…clearly takes the fun away from some rival challenges.

Just finished a race in this hopper to get my challenge achievement, boy was I bored after even the first 20 minutes!
Ended up doing 180 miles.

Hi ive done a this race i got 1 hour 52minutes into the race when i got a black screen with forza motorsport on the screen and a loading icon, i was then taken back to the hoppers menu, kind of annoyed as i was first and wasted 2 hours and got nothing from it.

Were you getting any “Weak Network Connection” messages at the bottom?
That’s the only reason I see it for kicking you as that has happened to me before.

Nope nothing, wasn’t kicked from xbox live or anything and stayed in the party chat etc.

IAm I the only one who cant find a lobby that is about to start. Joined a coupel and one time there was 1 guy racing alone so I msg him he tells me 50more minutes…but the lobby indicates me no time remaining…help someone
