LOADING WALLS

Ignore the bad quality and driving (video is just illustrating the issue)…While Playing FH2, I keep hitting loading walls to the point where the game is unplayable. It is weird because the rest of the world will continue as normal until they hit the same loading wall. The game disk is in mint condition, no scratches

Things I have done to solve it: Re install FH2. Update Xbox one OS. Called Xbox support multiple time. This issue has been happening to only FH2 and not any other game and has been happening since January.
NEED HELP!

Wow. That is definitely not normal.

Are you running Forza Horizon 2 off the console’s hard drive or an external device?

This might be a hardware issue. If you’re running off an external hard drive, it might not be fast enough.

I do not use an external hard drive. I purchased a disk copy and installed it to the main console hard drive. The game was working fine for a month, now it preforms terribly.

Send your xbox back and get a new 1 this shouldnt happen, if you pay the £300 they ship u a new 1 and put a hold on the money til they recieve your old xbox. I had to do it when my dvd drive failed on me. U can do it all online its all automated.
