LOAD FAILED after update [SOLVED]

I contacted M$ about my problem…and they said I should delete my Data…and i did so but it never worked as i was put back to level 1 again…I’ts sickening to find out that all of your effort you put into game is no longer there…I think Turn 10 should do something about it, and help those people that’s affected by this…all I want is to get my game back to way it was…with all the money levels and cars,Id sure would be a happy bunny.

I too have had the same problem this morning, could not synchronize my data with the cloud is already the second time this is the first time I soon all my progress all the credits in the game and all the machines I started from level 1 pilot really frustrating thing is that sucks! I have now left the console to synchronize as I get back from work I see if it is able to recover my profile from the cloud …

how many other people has this affected?I’m hoping it wont take ages for T10 to see there’s a problem!!

I have had an email back from T10 and don’t hold your breath. it looks like there’s no solution soon. I went to go play and it was going to sync the game either with the cloud or I think the hardrive I clicked cloud and now my data got deleted it said I’m lvl 11 even no I have the achievement of get past lvl 30

The “Cloud” is NOT Turn 10. Stop banging on the game producers for what is an Xbox LIVE area. Contact Xbox Support, they’re responsible for lost data in the Cloud, not Turn 10.

And to those who have written Turn 10, the automated response everyone gets when an email is sent. That means they’ve received your email. Prioritizing and investigating the information you furnish would come next. Since the situation is on the Xbox LIVE side, Turn 10 can’t magically “fix” something.

I’ve had both the load failures - stuck in the splash screens or splash screen and then a back screen without loading, or forever “synching” with the Cloud. In both cases (lost track of the times I’ve done it) the system shutdown of the Xbox One, disconnecting the power from the wall (or wall-side connector) and letting the system sit for about five minutes, then reconnecting and booting has resulted in normal loading.

So far, I’ve not lost data at all.

NOTE: Today, Friday, July 18, is the first time in about a week there no notice in the Xbox One Settings/Network area that LIVE is having problems with “content” delivery. My FM5 loaded today with no hitches at all.

Installed new update 17 july 2014 size 17.3G, after the install (couldn’t SYNC with cloud) all data lost Cars everything gone. I was on the phone with XBOX support for 5 hours (not luck), can’t contact forza…not happy, if turn10 won’t contact it’s customers I just won’t buy the product. I have done everything (Factory resets everything (All my data shows up on this site, but not my Xbox one…HELP

I need a restore appoint as of 15 July or later, turn10 are you going to help me. I have not or can’t not get in contact with any support people at turn10 support… help, help… my cloud is not update dated I need my game data dated 15 july or later!

I just want 2 no why there are not as many tracks in Forza 5 as there in Forza 4. WE NEED MORE TRACKS!!!

There’s like a million threads about this. It was announced before the games release, and you could have read reviews after release to judge your purchase.

I had same error with Forza 6!! It seems incredible that the solution is set factory the xbox one :frowning:

I hope not to lose my progress.
