System; Xbox one S Gamepass Ultimate playing through the Cloud.

Problem;

Applied car paint finish of chrome gloss. Change tint to black. Saved to current car.

Go the applying vinyls. Apply vinyls over the gloss chrome base and vinyls appear as a matte finish.
