In the past forza has linked up with a number of movie/TV franchises including James Bond, Jurassic Park & Back To The Future, Knightrider and so on.
Why not when inking deals with the studio/rights holders, if possible, fetch the soundtrack in addition to any vehicles & form a new radio station with that music?
I think it would be popular listening to a few Bond/Back to The future/Knightrider soundtracks whilst driving/racing.
A more likely scenario will be one dedicated radio station for all the “movie / TV licensed songs” encompassing songs licensed from all the movies and TV Shows that the game collaborated with.
It’d definitely be a good middle ground, allowing the licensed songs to be both separate from the main FH6 music playlist and be in one spot rather than multiple stations for multiple licenses.
Licensing music costs lots of money, especially for use in a commercial product like Forza. You don’t ink the deal for the music rights when negotiating with the movie rights holders. You have to go through the music copyright holders. If you have watched a lot of TV shows released on disc or streaming that originally aired in the 60s-90s, you will often notice that they do not have the songs that originally aired because of the licensing issues.
