Powering the LBX Morizo RR is the same G16E-GTS 1.6L 3-cylinder intercooler turbo engine that powers the recently facelifted GR Yaris, producing 304PS power output and 400Nm of torque. In addition to the 8-speed Direct Automatic Transmission, which debuted on the GR Yaris minor change, the LBX Morizo RR is the first Lexus to be mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. Yes. The first-ever Lexus with a stick shift.

Its not the first Lexus with a manual the first and second gen IS have manual options
The first Lexus with a manual would go to the 1st generation 1990-1991 Lexus ES 250. It could be the first lexus crossover with a manual but I am not sure about that.
