Hello Does anyone know how to increase the rewards (CR) by leveling up?
Get vip pass
35k per level, (70k if you are VIP)
Also don’t forget to collect your forza rewards. At Tier 5, I get 1 million per month just for clicking a link on this site.

Unless you get VIP then there is no way to raise this reward. If you are already VIP then that is the highest amount you can get for gaining a level. The way to get money is to race, race, and race some more. Afterall, it is a racing game.
That’s a radical concept, but it sure does work! You can create some longer races in Free Play and rack up more XP at once.

Spend time on the track (with the exception of test drive in tuning). The longer you are on track the more xp you get so you level up faster.
Even in rivals if you think lap 3 is your quickest lap do 5 or 10 laps so you get more xp and level up faster.
Tokens. You level up faster.
