I believe you should reset leaderboards, recent updates have addressed issues where people could take advantage of a glitch to get clean times using friction assist.
Since the updates players that set times in this fashion still have those times on the boards. Meaning genuine players will never be able to beat those previous times.
This is across all boards including rivals.
