Same problem here guys 98 percent and unplayable just has the message to continue gameplay while it downloads for two days
I did. We tried several options for me. I’m now uninstalling the game on installing it again. hope this works…
Yup, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, almost 40 gig of it, worked a treat… thanks muchly Snow for giving me the correct advice that Xbox support could not!

I have had my xbox one since day one. I have not had (touch wood) any problems with any downloads for the xbox or any games.
One thing I studiously ignore is when updates are downloading it states ‘ready to start’. I do nothing until the download is 100% complete. Then I switch off the xbox. Leave it a minute or two then turn it on again.
Never had any issues. Perhaps I am just lucky?

And I believe one other “safety factor” when you stop playing FM5 is to use the former Start button on the controller, to Quit the game. That way, before signing out of Xbox LIVE, you’re stopping the game so there is a final save point.
