If it is, might take a year or more. Just keep an eye on the AH. Will eventually get cheaper. Or bid on one now with a low minimum bid and watch/bid non-stop near the end of the auction. You’ll eventually win one.
i actually just got one in AH (even though i already had another) so they do show up. just be prepared to pay for it. the average going price for them is 20m, but i have seen them cheaper.
