I always seem to be at best at around 1.51 I havent tried to hard this week, but I do know that manual with clutch and watching the replays of people beating me helped alot. I keep hoping for some help on my line/ shifting from someone who has seen my replay and knows what to expect. But I cant seem to get it
I’m still failing a bit- haven’t pulled and entire I feel good about the lap- you know on par for a 147 and then blow it last half. Or be the exact other way have not perfect beginning and get the last sector right (I definately struggling with consistency on last sector and the chute.
This track like you to use all of it. Start outside turn in and accelerate off apex and track out to exit curbs. If you not naturally clipping or running on the exit curbing you aren’t carring enough speed.
Watch top guys with telemetry on to get gear changes to what/ when and then watch them in the view you race with. I would watch it a bunch of times.
Then set it as a rival and chase it. Because you’ll be behind them right after turn one or some point. Im not sure I would run and stay on the curbing after turn one as some of them do. And I’ve matched them not doing so. So. That up to you to do that or not. But now you have some one doing it right infront of you and you’ll be able to judge how much better your getting by how close you get to the rear of the ghost.
I’m in the mid 48s I’m making mistakes I believe I got mid 47s in me and I’ll have to see when I get there if I have 46s I doubt it- but I know if I pull both halfs together I’ll see 47s
It’s a wide track but it’s not forgiving on time. you need to precise under braking, turning and acceleration otherwise the time just slips away from you

I’m not sure what happened, but for the super trofeo series week one, I made a clean lap, signed in, and I haven’t received my Lambo. I’m not sure if this is a glitch, or I did something wrong (I hope not) Or did nobody receive the cars yet?

Curious as to why you cannot help the person in front with bump drafting. Tried it at Daytona and with the slightest tap, my cars front was destroyed.
If I enter now for week 1 will my time still count? I dont live on this forum like some of you seem to and not played F6 much recently

Got my clean lap, which should guarantee I get the Huracán now. See you all next month

Spent more time than I’d like to disclose running laps to whittle my time down, pretty happy with my final result of 1:49 flat. Hoping it’s good enough to keep me in the running for another silver Gallardo, and now I’ve just got to wait until next week, where I can lock in another lap time, get a third Gallardo and prepare myself for the coming of the Huracan.
Top 53% at Watkins Glen with a 1.52.448
S1 ive been -0.800 but somewhere throwing it away in S2 and S3. Ran out of fuel on track so had to quit haha. No idea where I’d make up 6 odd seconds to be on par with the leaders!
Edit - another 6-8 laps and managed to take off half a second before just getting red sectors each lap. Now puts me top 48% globally and top 2000. Watched the #1 lap time, he’s braking a lot later than me. Ive tried but just seem to lock up and/or mess up my racing line.
I get the feeing that the league side of this event is just gonna be a grind.
And I hope T10 can lift/remove the manufacturer cap. L25 is too easy to hit. After that its just wasted XP.
Have T10 said if the weekly rivals cars have completely different livery’s each week? or just the week number updated maybe?
If they are the same or very similar i’ll go for one of each colour. If they are completely different, i’ll go for another gold this week.
Is there a way to look at the Monza Rival Times now? I was barely in the top 5% and I forgot to check before it finished.
Yeah, just go to that particular race in rivals, and hit “y” for leaderboards.

They just want the Huracan, they don’t care about the rivals event nor the prizes of liveried versions of a car they already have and are fine with just doing what is necessary to get the new car.

Thanks T10 for setting up these fantastic Lamborghini Trofeo Race series.
It’s unlikely I will be front running any of the league races, especially with larger lobbies that seem impossible to make it past the first turn without huge carnage. (I often get rammed/cornerbombed and lose many positions). Anyhow, as a result, toward the end of the race when the race countdown timer is displayed (bonnet view), I find the timer really distracting as it’s in the middle of the screen so be great if it can be moved to the top of the screen or make it more transparent so less distracting.
I will no doubt enjoy this Lamborghini Trofeo Race series till it’s completed but I did want to ask if T10 would consider doing a ‘special’ TAG (Virus) competition event/s on real tracks rather than the test airfield (IMO crappy) variants.
I am enjoying this series, especially the Sim damage, which I thought I would hate. The drivers tend to be more cautious and avoid contact as much as possible, even though there still is some. Most of the bad damage I have received is from an incident further up the track where cars bounce back into the field and are not yet ghosted or un-ghost as I arrive on scene. A couple of tracks though are not friendly to sim damage, Long Beach for instance. Night racing without headlights, after a front end collision, is a bit (a lot) of a challenge too. I am not really fast enough for the league, as my lap times are generally among the slowest in the field. I have however finished about mid pack most times and made up for in quantity what I lack in quality. Fun series.
I do agree with the comment about the end of race timer being more of a distraction in its placement.

I am slightly confused. I read in another comment that someone said that tuning is allowed as long as the vehicles remain stock. yet everytime I try to do the rivals event, it forces me into a rental car and will not let me do any tuning on the suspension, aero etc. Is tuning not allowed or does my game just not like me LOL
