LaFerarri Car Pack .... Where are the Cars.

Paid for and downloaded the LaFerarri Car Pack some time ago. Since, I have not been able to download the cars and it does not indicate them as “Free”. If I want the cars, I have to pay for them separately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the pack numerous times without any luck. Has anyone else run into this? If so, any suggestions on how to fix it without completely starting over from scratch?

Has your console been connected to the internet - since purchasing the pack - to receive the monthly title updates?

This one puzzles me because all the other packs are almost immediately available for download. Not sure what happened with this one.

Hmm … I haven’t seen this problem expressed by anyone else who wasn’t able to get it working with a console shut down. Try that by holding down the Xbox One’s power button (not the controller’s) until the console turns off; then, restart. That will clear your console’s cache - let us know if that fixes it.

Yes, I have also done that several times. However, I have done it again, with the same result. I also uninstalled it for the thousandth time, with no results. This is very aggravating, considering I have every Car Pack, with the exception of the Alpinestars Pack and well, I guess, this one… After uninstalling, I attempted to ‘re-purchase’ it through the Marketplace, but it would tell me I already own it…and this is after uninstalling it.

I have even gone so far as to try and look on the hard drive to see if I could just remove it from there, but I can’t find the ‘storage’ on the One as you could on the 360. I am sure this pack is saved in the cloud and this may be causing some of it. I can’t find an option to remove it from the cloud either. The only option I could see was to remove the entire game or do nothing. I really don’t want to completely remove the game, but at this point it appears to be my only option. The option I am not willing to do at this point.

Exit the game (press the “start” button on the Forza panel and hit exit) YOU MUST DO THIS. I have no idea what the risks are if you don’t fully exit the game.

Go to my apps and games and hit start on the Forza panel and I believe you can uninstall DLC (not sure if you can just do this from the XBL store) do that.
Go into the store and reinstall the DLC (It wont make you pay again, I’ve just had my XB1 replaced so I can confirm that it wont charge you again using this method).
Hopefully it should work, if not then… well bad luck really.

Well then, I guess it’s bad luck. I have tried your method over a dozen times and have watched the ‘car’ screen you can get to by pressing “X” when you have the DLC highlighted. It gave me the confirmation for the purchase again and I watched as all the cars became ‘tagged’ as ‘Purchased’. I decided to turn this problem over to Turn 10, but finding an actual email address or some sort of contact information is a waste of time. All Turn 10 does is keep referring you to the FAQ page…

At this point, I have one option other than completely uninstalling the entire game. Since the DLC would not provide me the cars, I went ahead and purchased the LaFerrari and have tuned and used it since. Since this is a “pack only” car it may be that this is interfering with the DLC. I doubt it, but it is the only other “kink” I could think of that could be an issue. If possible, I may uninstall the DLC, once again, and also uninstall the LaFerrari. Then start over from the beginning. If this is the issue, I will update. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
