I purchased the La Ferrari pack last night and splashed 800k on the car as I’d just received 600k from Forza Rewards. Didn’t get to drive it except for test driving as I was still in a season on class b. Anyway, today I went on to find a message with a free La Ferrari. And being as I can’t sell it, I’m now left with a bad taste in my mouth to the tune of 800k plus whatever I spent on upgrades. Now I know money comes thick and fast on Forza but I can’t escape the feeling that the next 100 races are gonna be paying back what I spent on a car I got given. Or paying back the money I got from Forza Rewards.
I’d really like a refund for the $800k or maybe even a Reventon or something of similar value. If anyone knows who might be able to help, I’d much appreciate it.
As far as I can see, the La Ferrari pack states that all cars must be paid for, so this appears to have simply been a gift. Which would be nice had I not just shelled out a fortune on one that has a resale value of zero.

You can send comments to the developers by email at forzafb@microsoft.com but I have never known them to provide refunds or remedies for in-game activity.
It was announced back in November that anyone who bought the seasons pass or LaFerrari Car Pack would get the LaFerrari for free. It’s been the same for the past two car packs. I’m assuming you haven’t been following the news. Maybe they can give you your money back?
For future reference they have gifted the most expensive car in each pack to purchasers so dont buy that car right off the bat unless you dont mind having 2.
I bought an e21 because I really wanted one with tokens. Then when I signed up for VIP (I think) I was given one the same day.
just to be clear I am 99.9% it was because I wasn’t paying attention to things so not blaming anyone else.
