GREAT car you have here. I’m sure the build could be tweaked to take off full cage for tracks that aren’t quite as technical, but for this layout this build works well.
I ran a 1:46.9 clean and a few dirty laps a little quicker. I use controller with normal steering and the car felt a little snug. It was still fast but hard at times to hit some corners. For those that are new or not good at muscle cars, these settings work perfectly if you use controller. The car is planted and doesn’t slide at all.
I like some sliding because it’s faster. I dropped front roll bar to 16, raised rear slightly, increased negative camber by -1 for front and rear and reduced front rebound and bump below listed rear settings.
I tried again and it helped a lot and lap 2 I crushed my PB. Currently 1:46.293, #17 Americas, #59 overall, #6 division (#1 nova and chevy).
Car should do mid to high 45s I would think or at least top 50 overall. I’m not the best at this layout.
Ok here is my Dodge Dart build and tune for Long Beach full. I definitely took care of the car being tight, maybe a little too loose. But damn was it fun to throw around this track. If you like the back end to be a little squirrelly, which I do,then I think you’ll like this.

One thing I have to ask
A couple of you that are responding and trying my tunes are clearly veterans. Why don’t you build and tune your own? I’m glad to get the feedback and any advice but just wondering.
Hope anybody that uses this tune can get a on
Btw. My time was 1:32.914. Not too shabby. I think I can get in the low 1:32’s with time.
Any requests? I’m having a blast
YES…I already built one up per what I wrote on a previous post on this thread…yet, have been working on several other items, thus, will get back to it on a day or so to complete/test/tweak the tune. I consider myself more of an “average” driver, so will not get great times as you/FOOT/Swerve and others, yet, will give it my best. So, I will need someone to take it out for a spin. Thanks!
Actually, I’m thinking everyone who posted here is a vet. There’s a good but of multi-tagging going on it seems.
People try tunes that strike their interest. In this case, you found a sweet spot in muscle cars. Lots of people like them. Most people on this forum do tune and have created top tunes at one point or another. They may even already have a tune for the car. Usually new players + open source = curious tuners. Boredom with forza doesn’t hurt either.
When I started this thread I guess I was expecting average or below average even Forza players to try my tunes and tell me what they think whether it was good or sucked I definitely don’t consider myself a veteran I definitely don’t consider myself a veteran just because I shared a few good tunes, and posted a few good times,
Especially when you can run two seconds faster in the same exact car ( or is it? )
I am just an average player who thought it would be niceto share what I have learned so far with others who are either struggling or are newer than me. I don’t want this to be about who can run the fastest lap time, don’t care! I appreciate when some really fast guys run my tunes. But I would appreciate it if you change stuff and tweak it, don’t keep it to yourself
And what I was getting at in my previous post is if you can build and tune a car better, then I don’t understand why mess with average (average to you).
OK enough about that, let’s get back to what this thread was started for
Another favorite muscle car of mine is the 1966 nova Haven’t decided what kind of track or circuit to set it up for. Any requests or ideas ?
By the way Swerve, what do you mean by multi tagging ?
Getting my butt kicked helped me the most lol. I would get destroyed by someone and the ask if they had any advice. That is how I learned the little I know and I assure you I am still very much a noob lol
Way to go, you created a #1 in division car. After finally figuring out track, new time is 1:45.049, #1 division (by over a half a second at that), #27 overall, #5 in Americas. Good stuff man.
can someboby explain why it takes a couple hours for my post to show up? i have a message that comes up right after i click on the “post” icon that my post must first be read by a moderator. wtf
All new people in forums are under moderation at first. It gets lifted after moderators determine you’re not a threat to this valuable ecosystem or something like that.
Nice Dodge Hemi. Got a 1:33.320 @ Long Beach, that’s a PB for me. Do you short shift and only use 2nd for the hairpin? That’s what seemed to work best for me.
Glad you liked it Foot Yes I short shift around 5800 RPM but I was down shifting into first at the hairpin just to help woe The car down to turn better
