Just unlocked the badge/title for reaching Citroen Affinity 25, and whilst the badge shows the Citroen emblem correctly, the title description is not “Citroen Hero” as with all the other manufacturers, but instead read “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”, which seems a little bizarre

Does your XB1 play video DVDs?
Our first one games everything played fine, when we tried a video DVD it reported we had a different region setup for the player. We had to send it in for a new one. Anyway, your HK Region message reminded me… maybe there’s something like that going on.
Was in a game the other day when I found someone with the title ‘Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’, just wondering if anyone has any idea how to unlock this one?
