While on single player mode, my screen jumps around. What is the problem and can it be resolved?

Can you further explain? Do you see black bars around the edges of the screen when this happens? Is there any sort of associated noise that accompanies the jumping? Do you have other Xbox One games that you can try to see if the problem persists?
Are you perhaps colliding with things when this ‘random’ issue occurs? If so, that’s the wonder of simulated head shaking!
I guess you are in cockpit view and don’t realize you have kinect head tracking enabled. Go to your Forza Profile on the games main menu & cut that off.
If I’m not in cockpit view then the car will move to the other side of the screen. There aren’t any black bars around the screen. Like In cockpit mode Its almost like the right thumb stick is going wild.
Perhaps it IS, I’ve heard about wonky contollers. Have you tried a different controller?
Yes I have 2 and both do the same thing
