An incredibly interesting Concept Car built by Italdesign as a way to look to the future of Car Design in the 90’s as well as celebrate their 20th Anniversary.

3 Versions were available with the Aztec being the first and the basis for the other 2

All 3 of those versions used the 4WD System from the Lancia Delta Integrale and a 2.2L I5 Turbo from Audi producing around 197hp (147kw).

Interestingly one of the estimated <25 Built was actually sold on Bring a Trailer for $165,000 in 2020

The Second Version of this Concept was the Aspid which was a Coupe which utilized the “One-Box” style of having the whole structure be part of a single line rather than divided between Hood, Cockpit and Trunk.

The 3rd Design was called the Asgard and was a basically a Van/Estate Wagon.
