Is there a CAR PACK that includes all DLC cars?

Can I buy a DLC car pack that allows me to buy any car? Or whats the best pack to buy so I can get all the good cars

You can still get the Car Pass … which I believe normally runs $49.99. Was on sale a couple of weeks back for $33.49. The Car Pass includes all the DLC car packs that have been released so far and should get you about 90 more cars total. I believe that should get you all the available cars in the game except for the VIP cars and maybe some limited offer gift cars from Turn 10.
