They never were unicorns - traffic cars are only obtainable through hacking/receiving them as gifts from someone who did. Avoid them if you value your Xbox Live privileges.

I’m glad this was asked as there seems to be more and more of these appearing lately.
So do we take pics of these and send them to Mods As we do with other Hacks and glitchers ???
Yes a picture is worth 1000 words, if you get a pic of the starting line up for a race, and somebody has a traffic car, their name will be right beside it and the evidence will be quite obvious.
