Is the Blue Screen Issue fixed ???

Hi there,

I was just wondering if the BSOD issue got fixed with a Patch of some sort? Forza gave me a VIDEO_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL Bluescreen and i did all the DDU stuff.
I dont want to hear that i wasted 70 bucks on this game.
