Hi,
I’m pretty new to xbox and motorsport game. I’m practicing every day but my driving capabilities are not comparable to those whom are on the game 24 hours per day. I tried to play multiplayer game but is it quite frustrating and demotivating to not be able to terminate the race (not win, just be the last one 
)
When I join a lobby I have to race with drivers much more able than me and right now I haven’t finished a race yet, this is really frustrating.
Is there somewhere a setting to have similar drivers on the same lobby?
In regular Multiplayer Hoppers you have no real control over the people that will join your Lobby.
If you play in Leagues however you will be placed in one of 5 Bands based on your ranking. As you accumulate League Points you get “promoted” to higher Bands and eventually, tougher opponents.

Don’t get discouraged bud, we all started there too! You don’t have to play 24/7, I never have. Just keep plugging away and eventually you will see results. Rivals is a great way to improve your skills. Pick the driver just ahead of you and keep going until you beat him. Then move to the next one. Trust me, it works! A good tune is key too. If your not sure about your tuning skills, try getting tunes from the sharefront. There’s also a tuning forum here where those who share tunes post. Check into them.
