I haven’t changed any any parts to the computer and runs completely fine at the lowest settings, now the input lag is just ridiculous without accidentally bumping into others during online races. I even made sure no excess background apps are running

I was on my way in here to ask about the exact same. After the last update lagging has been a real nightmare, end now even in “Photo Mode”. When I made any adjustments the picture lagged and flashed so much I had to take a break and go in here, afraid I might get epilepsy if I didn’t 
Last time i played i sat through two songs before the race loaded

It’s strange but XBox One S has been getting better each update.
not even sure if it’s the Windows Update but mehhh, I’m not even bothering to do a system reset/reinstallation
