Is Glass2K Allowed for FH5 livery creating?

Does anyone know if we are allowed to use Glass2k on FH5 to make liveries? It was allowed on FH3 and FH4 so I wanted to know whether it is allowed on FH5? I don’t want to break the ToS and I respect Play Ground games terms so before I do anything I wanted to know if Glass2k is allowed.
