Eau Rouge is in FM23. I don’t believe Infiniti prioritizing FM over FH lately.
As for the JDM Skyline NISMO, it has the VR30DDTT V6 that exists in the new Nissan Z.

This would be a great addition to compete with some Acuras, Lexus, Audis, BMWs, Mercedes or Panamera.
