Individual controller settings loading on startup not working (again)

For month we had to deal with the game starting with the default controller settings and we had to go into the settings and change them to our saved individual ones manually each time.

This finally got fixed not that long ago and the game was actually loading the individual one on start-up but now it seems we’re back to where we were before and the game is using the default settings.

Why!?! Does the left hand actually knows what the right hand is doing? How is it possible that a bug like this makes it back into the game now?

The same was with CustomWheelProfiles it was broken since gamerelease but it got fixed after one year with the latest update and still works, I tested few minutes ago…

I’m actually using a wheel (G29) and for me it wasn’t working two or three times now. I’ll check and report back.

/edit: Now it worked again. Not sure what caused the issue.

I’m using G29 as well and it seems the game resets settings to default randomly. Sometimes it loads my settings, sometimes not and I have to swap them manually (like before).

I’d say they fixed the issue in 50% :smiley:

autoloading individual usersettings at gamestart is core basic functionality for every software. I totally don’t understand why this wasn’t completely fixed within the first days after release…

I hope they are aware it isn’t fixed 100% so they can fix it in a few month after the xmas holiday

I hope for that too but honestly… knowing history of PGG with fixing issues, 50% is close enough for them :smiley:
