I’m thinking of putting on a event for all those people who have a lot of built up anger. A demolition derby not sure when or even if I will get enough people interested to actually do the event but here is my idea of how do the rules.
There would be both Team and Individual derbies
Drivers could compete in both
$20,000 buy in for individual drivers
$100,000 buy in for Teams (This includes all team members so $25,000 a piece)
4-members on a team only 2 teams will run at a time
Losing team will be eliminated from the competition
Cars allowed 1960-1990 model
Front Engine RWD
NO VANS OR TRUCKS
All upgrades are acceptable except drivetrain swaps
Team cars must have very similar paint schemes
Teams must pick a color to paint there cars to cut down on the confusion of who is who
All cars must have Derby paint and a number
Track will be Sebring Short
12:00 min session
If the heat is not finished within 45 seconds from finishing the winner will be determined by who has the least percentage of damage on the engine
All drivers will stage on the wall in the grass square at the top of the straight away
Drivers must stay in the grass is at 100%
When your motor reaches 100% DON’T keep running in the derby drive your car and park it on the paved area next to the derby square
If your car is flipped you are automatically out of the derby.
All replays will be saved and reviewed
Payout will depend on how many drivers enter so the more who enter the more Cash is paid out.
