Inconsistent Drivatars are ruining the game for me

So i drive with a Thrustmaster TX wheel with GTE addon. The FFB is awesome and the game is great

BUT

there is a huge problem with drivatars. No matter what difficulty I choose there is always 1-3 drivatars who are literally 5-10 seconds ahead of everyone. It is as if they are driving a class above cars. This is ruining the game for me. I am by no means a pro driver but I have had experience in driving sims and I just dont understand how I need to take a corner at 40mph but the drivatar can take it at 100 and there be no loss of grip or anything…its cartoonish and completely ridiculous. And yes I drive tuned cars with same issues.

Also, does Limit Aggression even do anything? I see ZERO change if its on or off.

Anyone else getting this problem? T10 please please look into this as it is ruining an otherwise amazing game. Thanks for reading

It’s been pretty well-documented, yes. I’ve been dealing with the issue–I don’t mind not winning every race–but it’s starting to get ridiculous. I’m running 4th place at Spa right now, and the top two are literally five seconds ahead of 3-5, and 11(!!) seconds ahead of sixth going back. There’s just no cause for that kind of imbalance.

So well documented that there are at least three threads about drivatars on the front page of the forum.

Please, let’s try and help ourselves by searching a little bit further than the New Post button.
